To continue with the vision of Ivory Darden-Moore's late mother, Enigma Belcher, I AM Q.U.E.E.N. is diligently working towards being able to empower women through Esther's House.

This transitional home will not only give women in distress hope but also provide them the opportunity to acquire the skills needed to successfully venture back out into society. Esther's House provides a supportive team of individuals who will provide one-on-one support to the Queens while residing in the home and ensure that the environment remains that of encouraging and cultivating.

Each resident partakes in a 16-week curriculum focused on the five pillars of the organization: Self Growth, Mental Health, Physical Health, Professional Development and Financial Literacy. During this temporary transition, our staff will have the ability to link our residents to appropriate community resources such as public benefits, mental health services and healthcare.

Eligibility:
Age 18 to 65
Must be a U.S. citizen and / or have legal immigration status.
Must be able to gain and maintain self-sufficiency within a 4-month time transitional period.
Must be able to complete program requirements which includes transitioning out of home during day hours.
An evaluation may be required upon approval in home to make sure applicant is a good fit for the program.
